I would like to send out a personal apology to all who has read my request. I used all caps and did not know at the time it would be taken as me shouting.

Don't sweat it sweetie, it happens to all of us at some point! 
I don't know what you are referring to, but don't give it another thought. 
Some people read messages a certain way and think one might be "yelling". Others realize that some people are just comfortable typing in all caps (goes quicker).
