Have you heard of this brand. The packaging says " gourmet white chocolate fondant" What's difference between regular fondant and this one? My client gave me the boxes of " Choco-Pan" and wants me to use on her daughter's cake that I'm doing!

I have never used this product and wants to know how should I be handling it!

Thanks in advance.

It is a commercially made fondant/candy clay combination. The candy clay hleps improve the taste. Use it the same as you would use anyother fondant.

I haven´t use it, but I´ve heard from some people that have already used it and they say that it tastes very good.

Choco-pan tastes really good. And you use alot less of it than you would fondant. Here is the chart http://www.choco-pan.com/store/PDF/Usage.pdf

They also have free samples, just pay for shipping. I think their prices are pretty good too, especially shipping to Canada. Hope this helps. Oh, here is their website www.choco-pan.com
