My wife wanted me to post some questions.
Her Qs are
Can you spray fondant?
If you can,does it run/or fade/ or bunch up if there are any cracks in the fondant?
She is going to try her first cake with fondant.

Spray as in spray color mist or air brush?? Certainly. Avoid getting too much spray, like any surface it will pool or run.

As long as you don't over wet the fondant, it will dry. It works best to use alcohol as a liquid to spray or paint, because it evaporates quickly (not needed with color mists)

Roll out a patch of fondant and test it.
