hi there,
I just completed wilton course I and am excited to try some more cakes. What are my options for whipped icing that would be stiff enough to do borders and other decorations?

thanks,
Lisa

What most people use is something called Rich's Bettercream. It is sometimes in your grocer's frozen section, but most of the time you have to ask around at grocerystore/walmart/sams clubs bakerys to find it. Also, there is something called Pastry Pride which is the same thing.... You just whip it up, and there ya go! There's a thread going on about Bettercream, I'll see if I can find it for you!
