I need light blue buttercream. I am using Wiltons sky blue...but it looks like turquoise. What do I need to do to save it? Can I mix another color with it to make it more blue...rather than the greenish turquoise? HELP!!!
Cake due tomorrow!!!!!

Hmmm...if you have white that might work....otherwise make more buttercream and add that to it...

Sky blue is a gree based coloricon_sad.gif
Let it sit (covered) for a couple of hours. Most b'creams will 'develop' a deeper tone if it is made several hours to overnight before using.
If it still isn't right, add just a tiny bit of violet - and I do mean a tiny biticon_smile.gif
