Good Morning Everyone,
I'm going to try my hand at making white chocolate curls.
I see lots of ideas on this site for how to make them, but not
the type/brand of chocolate. Can/Would you use chips? Block?
Any responses would be much appreciated!

HAVE A SAFE AND FUN LABOR DAY!!!

You could use chips or block. Melt it and mix in some shortening or veg oil....then put it in a bread pan that is lined with tin foil and greased... then use your vegi peeler to make the curls. This should work!!! icon_smile.gif

Get a block, and a sharp veggie peeler.
