I make my own fondant (michele's recipe), but it comes out like a ivory, not white. How would I get it white? I want to make daisies.
Will Wiltons Icing Color White-White work? I read the bottle but it only has instructions for icing not fondant.

I think you add a drop of purple or violet.

I always add white-white to my fondant to make it a pure white. It needs alot of it, though, if the mm's are not pure white (if it's almost an ivory color)

Try using clear vanilla...regular vanilla will tint the fondant ivory. I don't use that recipe but maybe the vanilla is affecting the color of your fondant? HTH

Yes, the whitener will make it white, but you do have to add quite a bit.
