First, how do you use the real ribbon in a basketweave design? Is there a larger basketweave tip than the 47, and if so what is it?

Last question, do I need to let my buttercream crust over before putting MMF on?

No, that defeets the purpose of the b' is suppose to be 'glue' to hold the fondant.

There is a (much) bigger b'weave tip but I can 't remember the # now--sorryicon_sad.gif
I don't understand you wanting to incorporate real ribbon into b'weave. Do you want it just at the top (or bottom) of the basket?
