Hi Everyone
I have a wedding for this Saturday. The bride has requested stacked sheet cakes for 165, each 1 layer and the standard 2inch high. She wants it to have 3 levels. I was thinking of doing 2 12x18s for the bottom and putting them side by side to make a 24x18, then put a 12x18 on top of that and then a 9x13 or 7x11 on top of that...it all will be served at the reception. My question is....will this be too much cake? She only needs enough for 165 people. Do you think 2 11x15s would work better side by side for the bottom and then a 11x15 on top and a 7x11 for the topper? My brian just aint working this week...all other options are welcomed. Thanks

The 2 11x15, 1 11x15 1 7x11 sounds better. You have a 4" difference in the sizes, that should look OK. To keep a good balance in you display yoiu may have to make more cake than they need. Any of course you charge them for it. It's always better to have to much than to little.

Good luck.....post picture.
