I have a bride that requested a cake like she had at a friends wedding. She described it as very moist with white chocolate, orange juice and condensed milk in it? I told her I had never heard of it but would try to replicate it.
First of all I dont know why she didnt get the baker that her friend had and if she found out that much about the cake why she didnt have a name of it or something. But if anyone has a clue as to what she was talking about, I would appreciate it!

The use of canned milk makes me think it might be a form of 3-milks cake (Tres Lechy(sp?)

The first thing which came to my mind is a poke cake, like a tres leches, where you poke holes in the cake and fill them with a creamy filling. But that doesn't sound appealing for a wedding cake.

I tried googling the ingredients, but came up with nothing to offer (although I did find a couple of recipes I would like to try).

I'll try again later or tomorrow.
