What Size Should I Use?

i have an order to do this cake in 3 weeks i have never done a big square cake like this so i have no idea what size pans i would need to get for this. the bride is expecting 300 + people so it would need to feed that many can someone please help me..... here is the picture of the cake

There's also one for 3 in Deep but I believe the norm is a usually 2 -2" layers.
