How Much Cake To Make??

Hi All,

I have to make a ice bucket with a champagne bottle in it for a bridal shower. It is a cocktail theme. They are having 60/65 people at the shower. How many cakes should I make to stack and what sizes to make the ice bucket??

A 3 layer 12" round will give you more than enough cake. OR if you want the bucket to taper some to the bottom make a 9, 10, & 12 layer stacked together.
