Man, I didn't think I had to take so much into consideration.

Boy I love this forum!

I have only tasted (knowingly) store brand vanilla. How would I even know what I like before paying the high price of Vanilla? I am not a sugary sweet kind of person, I like things to be smooth.

Though I think store bought (only ones I have used) don't pack enough "mmm, what is that favor". Do I need to mix different favoring to make something unique, but still vanilla taste?

Usually the store brand is vanilla flavoring if you buy pure vanilla extract is a little more money but it is worth it because you are going to use less and get more flavor in all your bake goods, no need to use anything else to get the vanilla flavor you want.
