I have a private consultation/tasting on Friday and Im just wondering what are your most popular flavors to take to the tastings? I was going to do french vanilla, lemon and a chocolate but I was thinking there should be more. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes that's what I would do. I usually stick to the basic flavor unless request a specific flavor. icon_smile.gif

It all depends on how you set up your tasting....

I give them a wedge of white cake, yellow cake, and chocolate cake (red velvet or carrot if they have asked for them) and then I set out several ramekins of fillings - chocolate, strawberry, lemon, raspberry (and anything else they asked about) and then a ramekin of buttercream as the icing. Then I tell them to mix and match and come up with the cake, filling, and icing that they like the best. I do not make little cakes for them to taste. It is too much work for no reward and I stand by my photos without them needing to see a finished product.

But that is just me...
