hi eveyone i have a question to ask. i'm making a cake with white choclate mousse and strawberrys as my filling but it will be covered then with buttercream as well as fondant how do i store it? everyone says in a cool room but it has a cream in the filling will it go bad? then if i put it in the frig it will sweat! please help with any ideas on how to store it until i can get it to where it goes the next day thanks for any info

If it's less than 36 hrs then it should be fine at room temp
