Someone just emailed me asking me if I would do a hatbox cake for them but smaller to serve 15. How will I do that and will it even be worth it? I could do an 8 inch and do two layers for the bottom and one layer for the lid, but won't it then be shorter than a typical hatbox cake? I know I could do the top in styro, but how do you even charge for that?

She wants something similar to this but for 15.
