I need some instructions on how to make the ribbon roses. I have done them before (just by guessing how they are done) but wanted to know if I was doing it write.

I took a long strip of fondant, folded it over on to itself width wise, tucked the one end in and just rolled it up.

Please help, I have to do about a 100 of these today, and want to make sure I am doing them write.
