How long does it last? Can you refridgerate it and then reheat to do a later day?

I would assume you could colour and flavour it just like the rolled fondant?

I know what poured fondant is, and I'm familiar with an icing technique that's referred to as faux fondant, but what's "faux poured fondant"?
