Does anybody know how to make the middle part of a Snickers Bar? I would love to use is as a cake filling. I crave that stuff, my husband buys the Schwans mans "snicker bars", and they are so yummy.

Are you talking about the nougat part? Here is a link to a recipe for nougat.

Otherwise if you google "homemade snicker bars" you should be able to come up with a recipe that suits what you are looking for. It looks like there are many different variations out there! icon_smile.gif

you might want to aim more for a homemade marshmallow type thing as opposed to nougat as nougat is quiet hard to contain.

I don't know if just piping a dam would contain it? I have to use edible paper to wrap my nougat in before wrapping it in wax paper and even then it still tries to escape!

Would love to know what you come up with!
