What kind of chocolate makes the best curls? Also is there a trick to making better curls.
I've used Satin Ice Chocolate Fondant--Tastes like a tootsie roll. For the "curling" part I use dowel rods.
Thanks I ran out of time so I just shaved some dark chocolate on my cake. I will have to try the satin ice chocolate fondant (sounds yummy) and the dowel rod.
