I just made 2 delicious cakes using the WASC. One was the original recipe with almond...the second one was lemon. I just got an order for a Red Velvet cake. Can I replace the white cake mix and follow pretty much the same steps and make a red velvet cake this same way? What about German Chocolate? Is there even a mix for that one? Just curious as a lot of people I'm running into are making these various requests. Please advise.

Yes, yes, yes!
Any cake flavor mix can be used in the recipe.
Yes, there is a german choco mix.....can't remember now the brand. Gr choco is a lighter than milk choco flavor. If you can't find a gr cho mix, use a milk choco. W/the extra ingredients it should come very close I think.
For a red velvet use a white mix w/about 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder added along w/the red color. I prefere to use just a hint of color. I've see recipes that call for as much as 2 (grocery store type) bottles of liquid color icon_sad.gif
