Made my first batch of Martha's swiss meringue roses - ewwwww!! I live in FL, and it has been raining ALL summer, so LOTS of humidity. The first ones started melting before I could get half a dozen on the sheet! Have them in the oven now, but really, I think I am only extending the inevitable at this point. Meringue is in the fridge and I lowered my AC to the point I am getting frost on my nose... icon_sad.gif
Let's see if that works!

Yes meringue can be a pain. I have been wanting to try that for some cupcakes and it is over 100 here!
