I did it today! I bought the GE dual oven range. This thing is so cool, and it's being delivered tomorrow between noon and 4pm. I do have 2 cakes to bake tomorrow, and am wondering if I'll get to use the new one!

I've wanted another oven for so many years, this will be worth the cost. I'm also hoping to move my other one to the basement and have a 220 run so I can operate it down there if need to.

Not only will this help me with cakes, but with entertaining. I can't tell ya how many times I've wanted to have the whole fam damily over and serve turkey and other baked dishes but couldn't serve what I wanted because I only had one oven!

So I'm doing the happy dance, and just wanted to share!

I was so excited to get up and bake, since I had 2 cakes to do. I'd get to use BOTH ovens!!

Then I realized that both were 9in rounds, and I only have one set of 9in round pans. So I had to do them one after the other instead of at the same time!

But it works great, all the same.

I'm so happy for you. I am right where you use to be. My oven is not working very well. Never enough baking room when family comes over.

I have hope that my dream of a double oven will come true some day.
