I was unable to attend ICES convention in Florida and have been waiting to see the cakes that were there, but have not seen any.

Here is the display cake I took to the ICES Convention.

I hope you all like it.

Very whimsical. You could easily use this for a wedding without the bees unless that was your theme.

Like let's get BEESY! Just joking, "making honey together forever" came to mind as soon as I saw it. Very sweet indeed!

I am wayyyyy to far to have gone to this event it is going to be interesting to see what everyone did. Thanky ou for posting yours.

I'm glad you liked the bees. You are too funny. I like your sayings. ICES was great. I was told it only hits my state once every 10 years. So I took the opportunity to go. It was worth it.

Thank you for the compliment. I also hope others will post there ICES Cakes on this thread. I would love to see them. I am still waiting for a DVD of the Cakes Room from the convention.

The ICES Convention travels to a new state every year. Go to the ICES website and it will list the next 4 year locations - I think.

At the Orlando Convention they had a Sugar Art Display Area. The Display area was by state. There was not a competition so there were no winners or loosers. Just a chance to see all the fabulous cake and sugar creations from around the world.

After the convention is over how do you take your displays home if your taking an airplane
