If anyone has any ideas for either a John Wayne or a cake based on Old Black & White Movies - please help!

I was kinda thinking of printing off a copy of John Wayne's picture & Put on the cake with a western theme or for the Old Movie theme use all Blacks, greys and white with a movie film wrapped around the bottom.

This is for my stepdad's birthday. If he's not watching a John Wayne movie then he's got AMC movie channel on.

What if you did a long-ish filmstrip... you could put a couple of different pics (maybe your dad's fav movies) along the filmstrip...

Or, a cube-type cake that looks like a boxed-set of John Wayne movies... then you just have to put the titles along the spines of the movie cases...
