I am making a circus cake for DD 4th birthday.
For the tent, I am planning on making 8", 9" and 10" rounds (each one two inches) stacked on top of each other. I am going to put a 6" round on top of that.

With the serving chart I use, the 6" will get me 8 slices.
But I am not sure how many servings I should expect to get out of the other ones. The cake will be probably close to 7" tall after it's been filled icon_eek.gif

Can anyone help?
Thanks!

I looked at Wilton's party cake guide and for one layer 8", 9", 10" inch I come up with 6, 11 and 12 servings. That is dividing their two layer guide in half. But, that is just an estimate. Hope that helps. icon_smile.gif

I get your 3 2in layers to be approx 30 servings.

Thanks!
30 + the 8 from the 6" servings would be perfect, since we are planning on aroung 32 people

I can't decide if I should torte each layer or just put filling between the cakes.
