Not sure if this is where I should post or not since this isn't a cake request but I have tried a couple of recipes and just wondered if anyone was willing to share a wonderful recipe for cinnamon rolls?? I tried the one on the Neeley's website from foodtv. It wasn't bad, came out pretty big and everything but they just tasted dry. I didn't care for the icing so I made the icing from Paula Deen. It was very good! I am looking for something that is moist and tastes great! LOL. If anyone is willing to share that would be wonderful! Thanks for any help!

Here is one to try, looks delish! I think I may try them and surprise by best friend, she loves Cinnabon. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Clone-of-a-Cinnabon/Detail.aspx

I make the one in Dorie Greenspan's "Baking". Excellent recipe, although I do add more cinnamon (but I'm a flavor junkie).

I usually make a double recipe and freeze them in smaller quantities. You have to be careful though - if they've been in the freezer longer than about 2 months, they don't rise well once defrosted icon_sad.gif.

I like them best with a cream cheese glaze. No recipe, but just whisk a little softened cream cheese with milk or cream, 10x sugar, and vanilla to the right consistency. You can pump it up with a little booze for added flavor - rum, Gran Marnier, etc.

The "Better than a Cinnabon" recipe on Allrecipes.com is awesome.
