Anne is a wonderful cake designer and a great chef. And her staff is chock full of super-talented people who help bring her visions and designs to reality. I count myself VERY lucky to be able to spend two days a week alongside these people as an intern!

Her cakes are beautiful. I just had to do a cake for a 1 yr old and I love the bears she made for a few cakes, so I made a total knock off of her cake. She's awesome. I saw on her website that she might hold a few classes, I hope so. I'd drive the distance to attend one!
