Cyndi1207 - How did you weather the storm? Did you find everything ok? We go through so many hurricanes and tropical storms I can empathize. I will be praying for you.
Well we got home to find our kid's rooms completely saturated. There's some roof damage and we no longer have any trees.........they were litterally ripped from the ground. HOWEVER.......we're safe and things are exactly that.........just things. So for that I'm happy and it could have been so much worse as I've been watching on the news.
I always see Florida right in the Hurricane's path. Hopefully it'll be a safe season for you and the rest of the Floridians and everyone else in the paths. It's scary........thanks for your concern.
Oh Cyndi1207, I can completely sympathize with you. That is what we came home to after Katrina, one soaked bedroom and most of our trees flat on the ground. It sure changes how you look at the simple things doesn't it and makes you think that you don't hug your kids enough because they are the most important. The "stuff" just doesn't matter as much as we thought (especially when it's wet....yuck
) . You know I thought Dolly wasn't going to be so bad but the pictures I'm seeing are pretty surprising. She was meaner than everyone thought. You guys are definitely in my thoughts and prayers. Things will get better.

Yup......I've been giving my four kiddos (all girls) lots of hugs and kisses they're so sick of me already.....Lol. We just had all the carpeting pulled today........boy did it smell bad. The only rooms that didn't flood were the living room and my bedroom. All the girls back to school stuff was on the floor in bags and now we got to shop for that all over again. That hurt the most.....OUCH!!!! Luckily everything was replaceable and no pictures or computers were damaged. We're also one of the lucky ones to have our electricity back already......thank goodness. My parents and in-laws were told they won't have it back until Thursday. That's horrible!!! Talk about definately counting my blessings.

There is a club in Bella Vista, I think the first Tuesday of every month, but that is too far away for me to make it with my schedule. I would love to have a club closer. Fayetteville is about half way in between Huntsville and Prairie Grove.

I'm currently living in Galloway, OH (10 minutes west of Columbus). I am originally from South Point, OH which is the most southern point of Ohio. Get it? 
South Point is a 15 minute drive west to Ashland, KY and a 15 minute drive east to Huntington, WV. I love the Tri-State area (so homesick) sigh

Going to Laurel on Friday to bowl in a tournament and shop at Crate & Barrell, Jennifer Convertibles, and The Container store (we don't have those stores here). If it wasn't for the Steelers, I'd move!
