I'd like to make a cake for my co-workers, They have all had my buttercream icing and love it, but I'd like to try something new. I was thinking of a Chocolate Kahlua Cake with Kahlua cream cheese filling and a cream cheese icing. Then drizzle chocolate ganache on top. The problem is I've never made ganache, or cream cheese icing so I'm not sure if the cream cheese would go well with all this chocolate and/or if you can use ganache on cream cheese frosting at all or if it would be just the same as doing ganache on buttercream.

Sounds absolutely delicious to me!! I can't think of any reason it wouldn't work.

I think this sounds delicious, if you look at the recipes for cream cheese frostings there are some really good ones in there then just add what you think it needs.

Make one for me!!!!
