I need to make a beer bottle cake that will be laying down not standing. They want vanilla cake w/ pineapple filling. The problem is that I have to deliver it an hour away, then they have to drive two more hours. What pineapple filling will hold up best? Please help!!! Has anyone tried the sleeved pineapple? Is it any good?

I use the sleeve pineapple all the time..its very good (especailly with coconut cake!) I also have used it to as an addition to mousse...very yummy!
