I tried PMing Jan yesterday, but still haven't heard from her, so maybe she's on vacation.

I wanted to know if I could double or triple this recipe or if I have to make individual batches (which I really hate to do). Has anyone done this before? I need to decorate a cake today and would love to use this recipe, but one batch isn't enough.

Also, since it's been a while since I used a SMBC, I can dam the filling with it, right? I made a raspberry filling and I have it in the back that I read somewhere not to use SMBC for fruit fillings (don't remember where or if I actually did read it. Getting old stinks!).

C'mon, somebody must have tried this!

Oh well, guess I'll just make more individual batches. So much for saving time.

Is it the cream cheese one? I made that with a fruit filling and didn't have a problem.
