hi everyone icon_biggrin.gif

i'm just curious, is it possible to flavor MMF with peppermint oils? with one batch(16oz mm's) is 1tsp would be enough?

i'm going to make a moist bitter choco cake with semi-sweet choco fudge filling, is a mint flavored MMF would compliment the other flavors?

need all your help! i cant afford to waste the ingredients i am going to use icon_cry.gif

I do use candy oils to flavor fondant (I don't use MMF but I don't see why that would make a difference). Just add a few drops at a time and knead in; continue doing this until you reach the flavor you desire. Be careful not to add too much at once because this stuff can be overwhelming.

Sounds like a great combo of flavors.
