I am doing my first frozen buttercream transfer. I used the recipe and directions I found in the article section. I need to deliver the cake at 11 AM on Sunday. Can I transfer the design today (Saturday) so I can finish decorating the cake? Or, will it bleed into the frosting (a crusting buttercream)? Since I've never done a transfer before, I feel that I should do it now and make sure it works because the morning would be too late. Also, I have to leave it on the table because it absolutely won't fit into my fridge. Thanks!!!!

i did my first buttercream transfer a few months ago. i put it on the cake the day before it was needed and let it set out overnight, since it wouldn't fit in the fridge, and al was good the next day. so it should be fine.
