Hi everybody...hope you all doing good...I just wanted to ask you...for how long can I keep a cream cheese icing in the fridge a reuse it..for example made a batch last tuesday and i still have left and I will be making some redvelvet cupcakes for this friday...will still be good...or not...thanks in advance

I never know the answer to this either. I think 2 weeks is probably OK, but I hope someone who knows more answers. You could also look up the thread I started about this a couple of weeks ago.

If your cream cheese frosting is made from butter, cream cheese and confectioner's sugar it should still be fine a week and 1/2 later. I would look at it and taste it...if it still looks good and tastes good I would go ahead and use it.
