I'm making my first tiered cake for my sons 1st B-day. I was wondering what I should use? I've never tried the satin ice, I ordered it in black and red to make a practice cake first. I'm soooo nervous. I also have to transport it 50 miles. Any advice would be great help. I've attached a picture of the cake I will be attempting to make. Thanks.

I am not sure myself. I never had too much trouble with the mmf, but I tried to make chocolate mmf and for some reason the fondant is crumbly. After a few tries, I gave up and ordered some Satin Ice. I hope is easy to work with because it is for my first wedding cake coming up in less than a month. Good luck with your cake.
