I have a wedding cake to do in about 3 weeks....customer was wanting 4 tier with cascading flowers...triple dot accents on each tier...and white ribbon around bottom of each tier....cake will be done in buttercream
the problem....she now wants white chocolate ribbon around bottom....does anyone know what or how to do this?...thanks in advance for any help

There are instructions on this site for wrapping a cake in chocolate... same procedure only you just do a thin band, instead of wrapping the entire cake. Or an alternative is using white chocolate fondant (chocopan).
