Does anyone have a great recipe for a Pink Champagne cake? And can someone explain the construction? Is the cake white or pink or sometimes both? Is the frosting always pink and does it also contain champagne? Please help!!!!!!

The last one I made was with a mix, replacing all the water with pink sparkling wine. i also added a bit of pink color to the white cake mix.
I did not flavor the icing, as requested by the bride.

You can probably use any recipe, replacing the liquid with the wine.
