Hi everyone! South Jersey girl here. I am on my third cake. I feel I am doing quite well. Well I am on my first "customer" cake this weekend. I am doing a football. Now I decided to go with iciing instaed of fondant. What does everyone suggest me to do for the iciing? Also, I am doing an Eagles insigna with icing...I want it to stiffen. What does everyone suggest? I just want to confirm my ideas. Thank you everyone in advance!
I'll see if I can help... I would probably suggest buttercream...and chocolate would be the best if your customer agrees... For the Eagles insigna, possibly a FBCT?? (frozen Butter cream transfer)
