How many flavors of cake, filling, and bc do you have for people to choose from. What are your favorites? What is your most requested? Just wondering if I need to expand my choices.

TIA

Pretty unlimited and totally whatever they want, is what I make them.

I have 10 traditional flavors and about 35 specialty flavors.

I should answer the rest:

I have two BCs--IMBC and standard BC--or fondant.

Fillings can be BC, mousse, curd, preserves, creams, etc, whatever they want.

My faves:

Red velvet with IMBC
Lemon coconut cake with lemon curd and coconut dacquoise
Chocolate with peanut butter mousse

Most requested this year:

White with lemon or raspberry
Chocolate with chocolate or raspberry
Red velvet
