Hi,
I just got some really good cupcakes from Sprinkles. I bought their mix and noticed they use Malted Barley Flour in their mix. Has anyone used it? Any difference in the actual taste of the cake? Any imput will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I've only ever used it in bread, never in cake..
