I know this has been asked numerous times... but can I put gumpaste flowers in the fridge for about 3 hours without hurting them? I want to put them on my cake but the cake will be in the fridge for a bit before delivery. I will not have time to decorate once the cake is cold.

Thanks

If your gumpaste is completely dry, sure. I've done it without any problems.

Yes, you should be o.k. for that short of time.
Any chance you can add the flowers after - when ready to deliver?

I put a wedding cake with 100 gumpaste roses in the fridge overnight and half of the next day and they were perfectly fine. You shouldn't have any problem. Just make sure the gumpaste is completely set.
