I am a cottage farm business in Ohio, and I do cake decorating sort of part time. Mostly friends and family. I have a cake decorating related ebusiness, and I am WMI which take up most of my time. But my question is what are the rules in regards to advertising my cake decorating services. I know the rules of what I can and can not make, but are there rules in regards to advertising? Can I put something on my website I already have? Flyers? Just curious, I would love to start sometime, but I also don't want to break any rules.

Yes, you can advertise, flyers, the web, etc. As long as you know what you can and cannot sell.
