This is the recipe that I am using....

The filling REALLY tastes like alcohol. Will the alcohol evaporate. Children will be eating this cake and I don't wanna get them drunk.

Seriously, though, will it go away?

Thanks in advance.

The alcohol probably won't evaporate...it's been incorporated into your filling so it's there to stay. I haven't tried that recipe it sounds good but that does seem to be a lot of liqueur...good luck icon_smile.gif

Perhaps you could make the cream cheese/10x mixture, then mix it into the amaretto one. That way you might have extra, but the taste will simmer down some.
