I'm such a dingbat
Trying to get ahead in my baking for next week so thought I would bake today and freeze them... well the sides seems more crunchy than usual when I took it out of the oven but I didn't think too much about it. I cooled them, leveled, split, and wrapped them up (thankfully did not ice them yet!!)... then opened my fridge and there was my stupid sour cream sitting there on the top shelf! ARGH!!!
*sigh* So much for working ahead.
Oh man! They are prolly fine though. At least for another project if not for this one.

When I do paperwork ahead of time, I lose it & have to redo at the last minute.
I've prolly wasted more gas driving up & down the driveway trying to leave for somewhere & having to come back when I remember stuff I forgot to bring.

Wait --here's a good one-- I once made a batch of 500+ loaves of bread and forgot the SALT.
