For those that must label their baked goods, are any of you willing to share what your labeling looks like?

I'm not in Ohio -- otherwise I'd be happy to share mine with you. NYS has rules even on my font size!

I got my label example from the Ohio DOA website which kinda requires it to be a certain way.
