I've got an order for a wedding cake-she's pretty not sure of anything right now. If she wanted a square tiered cake, what sizes would I use? If she wanted a round tiered cake, what sizes would I use for that? Hopefully I will get some questions answered from her.

In the articles section are size charts for various cake shapes. For 300, you may want satellite cakes or sheet cakes, depending on how big you want the main cake.
