Hello Everyone..

I added Cho. Chips to my buttercream for filling and it was a big hit.. What else could I add?? I tried looking it up under receipes, but I wasn't using the correct wording..

Could I use Oreos' or would they get soggy?

There is an oreo cookie filling recipe in the recipe section. most things will get soft, but retain flavor.

I've added strawberry and raspberry jams. They were a bit hit.

I've added crushed cookies, seedless preserves, packaged dry pudding, etc. with great success all around. Sometimes it's a good idea to just take a bowl of leftover icing and take a spoonful mixed with different items to taste-test. You never know what will work out surprisingly well!
