Does anyone know the name of the font that is usually in capital letters with dots at the tops and bottoms of each letter? It's usually used for kids writing?

TIA

feltpoint looks good but I can't find the download. Do you know if there's a free download somewhere? I don't have it on Microsoft Word.

Cool Dots is okay, but the letters are different heights. Feltpoint looks better.
