Now what? lol This will mean I've taken: Courses 1-3 and the Fondant and Gum paste course.

I'm a hobbyist, so I'm not looking to make this a profession (at this time). But I'd like to be able to learn more, more, and MORE! Can't quite afford the Wilton Master's course yet (nor do I have the vacation time at work right now), and I think I've watched just about every video tutorial.

Any ideas on what I can practice next? Or should I just keep trying to one-up myself as I do more cakes for family and friends?

Well, the internet is a great learning tool. And since is sounds like the cake bug has bitten you big time, you may want to look to your local ICES chapter, for information go to

And of course keep trying to one up yourself.

Happy Decorating.
